Role Description

This full-time Life Insurance Agent role is a hybrid position based in Hagerstown, MD, with some work-from-home flexibility. The agent will meet with individuals, families, and businesses to assess their financial protection needs and recommend appropriate life insurance and related products. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, conducting consultations, preparing proposals, and assisting clients with applications and policy reviews. The role involves ongoing customer service, such as answering questions, updating coverage, and supporting clients through life changes and claims-related inquiries. The agent will also stay informed about industry trends, compliance requirements, and Transamerica product offerings to provide accurate, up-to-date guidance.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage to effectively develop and manage a client base.
• Candidates should possess skills in Insurance and Finance to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate coverage and financial strategies.
