Qualifications

• 2-3 years of administrative/clerical experience, preferably in life insurance.
• Strong computer skills including Word and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to interact well with others and handle demanding customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in Agent Onboarding, terminations, and contract maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with state Departments of Insurance and internal procedures.
• Cross-train with Agency Administration and handle administration duties.
• Process contracting, appointments, and related filings for agents and IMOs.
• Reconcile monthly reports and support field leadership.
