We have a supportive and innovative company culture, offering top-tier training. We sell simplified issue life insurance to homeowners concerned about making their mortgage payments if something happens to them (death, disability, etc.). We also offer retirement income and savings strategies, as well as debt consolidation plans. Our process involves working with clients who have requested information — no cold calling. The agent will call, qualify, and set up appointments (virtually as needed) via phone or Zoom to assist with insurance applications. This position is 100% commission-based (1099).

The average commission per application is around $450-$600. Full-time agents typically process 5 or more applications weekly. Estimated first-year earnings:

• Part-Time: $30,000 - $60,000+
• Full-Time: $80,000 - $190,000+
• Agency owners with experience: $200,000 - $500,000+ annually. Results vary based on attitude, effort, and skill.
