The agent will work with clients who have requested information, with no cold calling involved. Responsibilities include calling, qualifying, and setting up appointments via phone or Zoom to help clients apply for insurance policies. This is a 100% commission-based role (1099).
Training, support, and mentorship are provided. Warm leads are available. Average commissions per application range from $450-$600. Full-time agents typically process 5+ applications weekly, earning $80,000-$190,000+ annually. Part-time agents can earn $30,000-$60,000+ in the first year. Experienced agency owners can generate passive income exceeding $200,000 annually.
