We have a supportive and innovative company culture, offering top-tier training. We sell simplified issue life insurance to homeowners concerned about making their mortgage payments if something happens to them (death, disability, etc.). We also offer retirement income, savings strategies, and debt consolidation plans. We work with clients who have requested information — no cold calling. The agent will call, qualify, and set up appointments (virtually as needed) to meet with clients over the phone or via Zoom and help them apply for policies. This is a 100% commission-based (1099) role.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated and can work from home, either part-time or full-time, to protect families that have requested coverage information. We seek business partners committed to helping families achieve their financial goals. We are specifically looking for individuals who:
We provide training, support, and mentorship. Warm leads are available — no cold calls. Online training, events, and one-on-one mentorship are offered. The average commission per application is around $450-$600. Full-time agents typically complete 5+ applications weekly. Part-time agents can earn approximately $30,000-$60,000+ in the first year; full-time agents can earn approximately $80,000-$190,000+ in the first year. Agency owners who have been working for a few years and are promoted every 2-3 months can generate passive income of $200,000-$500,000+ annually. Results vary based on attitude, effort, and skill.
