We have a supportive and innovative company culture, offering top-tier training. We sell simplified issue life insurance to homeowners concerned about mortgage payments, as well as retirement income, savings strategies, and debt consolidation plans. We work with clients who request information — no cold calling. The agent will call, qualify, and set up appointments (virtually as needed) to meet over the phone or via Zoom to help them apply for insurance. This is a 100% commission-based role (1099).

• Uncapped income with bonuses.

Skills & Qualifications: The ideal candidate is self-motivated, can work from home part-time or full-time, and is committed to helping families achieve their financial goals. The average commission per application is around $450-$600. Full-time agents typically write 5+ applications weekly, earning approximately $80,000-$190,000+ annually. Part-time agents can earn $30,000-$60,000+ in the first year. Experienced agency owners can generate passive income of $200,000-$500,000+ yearly. Results depend on attitude, effort, and skill.
