Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $190,000.00/yr

Job Responsibilities

• Work from Home/Remote
• Call, qualify, and set up appointments with clients who have requested coverage information.
• Assist clients in applying for insurance policies.

Compensation

We provide training, support, and mentorship. Warm leads are available - no cold calls. Online training, events, and one-on-one mentorship is available. The average commission is around $450-$600 per application. Full-time agents write about 5 or more applications per week. Part-time agents make approximately $30,000-$60,000+ in the first year. Full-time agents make approximately $80,000-$190,000+ in the first year. Agency owners (who have been working for a few years), who are consistently promoted every 2 to 3 months, generate a passive income of $200,000-$500,000+ a year. Results vary based on attitude, effort, and skill.
