• Virtual meetings via phone or Zoom
• 100% commission-based (1099), uncapped income with bonuses
• Average commission per application: $450-$600
• Full-time agents: 5+ applications/week; earning $80,000-$190,000+ annually
• Part-time agents: earning approximately $30,000-$60,000+ in first year
• Agency owners: passive income of $200,000-$500,000+ annually
