We have a supportive and innovative company culture, offering top-tier training. We sell simplified issue life insurance to homeowners concerned about making their mortgage payments if something happens to them (death, disability, etc.). We also offer retirement income and savings strategies, as well as debt consolidation plans. We work with clients who have requested information — no cold calling. The agent will then call, qualify, and set up virtual appointments via phone or Zoom to help clients apply for insurance. This is a 100% commission-based (1099) role.

• Uncapped income with bonuses.

Compensation

We provide training, support, and mentorship. Warm leads are available — no cold calls. Online training, events, and one-on-one mentorship are provided. The average commission per application is around $450-$600. Full-time agents typically complete 5+ applications weekly. Part-time agents can earn approximately $30,000-$60,000+ in their first year, while full-time agents can earn approximately $80,000-$190,000+ in their first year. Agency owners, promoted every 2-3 months, can generate passive incomes of $200,000-$500,000+ annually. Results depend on attitude, effort, and skill.
