Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $190,000.00/yr

Licensed Insurance Agents Needed
  • Work from Home/Remote

We have a supportive and innovative company culture, as we offer top-tier training. We sell simplified issue life insurance to homeowners concerned about making their mortgage payments if something happens to them (death, disability, etc.). We also offer retirement income and savings strategies as well as debt consolidation plans. We work with clients that have requested information — no cold calling. The agent will then call, qualify, and set up the appointments (virtually as needed) to meet with them over the phone or through Zoom and help them apply for the insurance policy. This is a 100% commission-based role (1099).

  • Uncapped income with bonuses.
Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate is self-motivated and can work from their home, either part-time or full-time, to protect families that have requested coverage information. The Taylor Agency is looking for a business partner who is committed to helping families achieve their financial goals. We are specifically looking for people who:

Compensation

We provide training, support, and mentorship. Warm leads are available — no cold calls. Online training, events, plus one-on-one mentorship is available. The average commission per application is around $450-$600. Full-time agents typically write 5 or more applications per week. Part-time agents can earn approximately $30,000-$60,000+ in the first year. Full-time agents can earn approximately $80,000-$190,000+ in the first year. Agency owners, who have been working for a few years and are promoted every 2 to 3 months, generate passive income of $200,000-$500,000+ annually. Results vary based on attitude, effort, and skill.
