We have a supportive and innovative company culture, offering top-tier training. We sell simplified issue life insurance to homeowners concerned about making their mortgage payments if something happens to them (death, disability, etc.). We also offer retirement income and savings strategies, as well as debt consolidation plans. Our process involves working with clients who request information—no cold calling. The agent will call, qualify, and set up appointments (virtually as needed) to meet with clients over the phone or via Zoom and assist with insurance applications. This is a 100% commission-based (1099) role.

  • Uncapped income with bonuses.

We provide training, support, and mentorship. Warm leads are available—no cold calls. We offer online training, events, and one-on-one mentorship. The average commission per application is around $450-$600. Full-time agents typically process 5 or more applications weekly. Part-time agents can earn approximately $30,000-$60,000+ in their first year, while full-time agents can earn approximately $80,000-$190,000+. Agency owners with experience and regular promotions can generate passive income of $200,000-$500,000+ annually. Results vary based on attitude, effort, and skill.
