Qualifications

Responsabilités
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service regarding insurance availability, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
- Educate customers about options using a needs-based review process.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
