Job summary

Vanderbilt University Medical Center's Life Flight Nursing Education team seeks an Education Coordinator to lead the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of staff training programs for Communications Specialists.

You will develop curricula, coordinate internal and external education opportunities, mentor trainees, and ensure continued professional growth in a fast-paced EMS environment across Vanderbilt Health.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• EMT-Paramedic certification preferred.
• Experience in healthcare education and training is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Organize and administer the training program for Communications Specialists.
• Develop documentation of training processes and performance evaluations.
• Research and schedule external training opportunities for staff and continue education.
