Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Organize and administer training for new and existing Communications Specialists.
• Document training processes and performance evaluations.
• Develop new training and arrange external opportunities for staff.
• Develop continuing education standards for staff.
• Instruct and coach staff during training sessions.
• Maintain a website tracking EMS continuing education credits.
• Keep training materials updated with current procedures.
