Job summary

LifeFlight Communications education coordinator participates in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of training for staff and educational programs that improve service delivery. The role leads instruction for new hires and professional development using evidence-based practices to promote ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• Organize and administer training for new and current Communications Specialists.
• Develop and document training processes, including evaluations.
• Develop new training and schedule outside opportunities for Staff.
• Establish continuing education standards for Specialists.
• Instructs, counsels, and evaluates CTOS who train new personnel.
• Maintain EMS continuing education credits tracking website.
• Update training materials to reflect current environment.

Responsibilities
