Job summary

Heritage Inn Statesboro is seeking a Life Enrichment Director to lead and develop patient-centered activities in a healthcare setting. You will plan, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive Life Enrichment program and collaborate with staff and volunteers to meet patient needs.

The role requires a licensed recreation specialist with healthcare experience and active participation in interdisciplinary teams, contributing to compassionate, resident-focused care and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Licensed recreation professional with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Two years’ experience in a social or recreation program within the last five years.
• One year in a Life Enrichment program within a health care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, facilitate, evaluate, and direct a Life Enrichment program.
• Maintain calendars reflecting patient population needs and special occasions.
• Coordinate delivery of activities across departments and participate in IDT meetings.
