Job summary

Heisinger Bluffs Rehab and Healthcare Center seeks a Life Enrichment Coordinator to plan and lead engaging activities for residents in assisted living. You will design events, track participation, and create monthly calendars that reflect residents' needs and interests.

You will also document activities in the EMR, coordinate birthdays and special occasions, and ensure all events meet state and federal guidelines while maintaining safety and dignity for residents.

Qualifications

• Must be CPR certified.
• Active state driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and/or oversee individual and group events daily.
• Plan a monthly calendar with one-on-one and group activities.
• Design creative and engaging events reflecting residents' needs and interests.
• Post and distribute monthly Life Enrichment calendars for community reference.
• Acknowledge resident birthdays, anniversaries, and special accomplishments.
• Ensure Life Enrichment events meet all state, federal, and other regulatory guidelines.
• Provide information for the EMR including assessments, service plans, and progress notes.
