Legend Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment/Transportation Assistant in Wichita. You will plan and execute engaging activities, coordinate with external groups, manage calendars and budgets, and assist with resident transportation using the company vehicle.

You must have a current driver's license, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and be willing to work evenings and weekends as needed. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifikationen

• Current, valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to plan and implement resident activities.
• Experience coordinating with outside organizations is a plus.
• Willingness to transport residents in company vehicles.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs during shifts.

• Plan and implement resident activities, including calendar development and budgeting.
• Coordinate with outside organizations and prepare setup/cleanup.
• Ensure activities meet residents' needs and preferences.
• Oversee a life enrichment component as assigned (e.g., Memory Care).
• Transport residents to events and communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines.
