Job summary

Hirebridge is seeking a Life Enrichment Training & Program Supervisor to oversee client coaching and daily living support across a caseload. The role includes developing new Life Enrichment Coaches and ensuring effective goal-based support.

You will coach staff, collaborate with management, and coordinate care plans while maintaining thorough documentation and adherence to policies. This is a full-time on-site position in Yakima, WA.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Background check clearance prior to unsupervised work.
• Valid driver’s license or Washington State ID.
• Proof of auto insurance.
• Cell phone and company apps access.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to supervise new hires.
• Experience with adults who have intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and advocate for clients’ needs with dignity and respect.
• Supervise teaching of emotional and behavioral regulation techniques.
• Identify areas of change for each client on the caseload.
• Develop action plans with clients to realize ambitions.
• Evaluate progress toward goal achievement.
• Supervise and support Life Enrichment Coaches (LECs).
• Maintain accurate documentation of activities and timecards.
• Coordinate schedules and coverage for outings and health care appointments.
• Provide peer coaching and supervise staff development.
• Ensure safety and adherence to care plans across client homes.
