Anglicare Sydney is seeking a Lifestyle Carer to design and deliver engaging programs that promote social interaction, emotional wellbeing, and a sense of purpose for residents. This role emphasizes compassion, creativity and collaboration within a care team.

Qualifications

• Requires Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or higher.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check is required.
• Current First Aid Certificate is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging lifestyle programs for residents.
• Promote social interaction, emotional wellbeing and purpose.
• Tailor activities to residents' interests and abilities.
• Coordinate with families and care teams for holistic plans.
• Communicate calendars and evaluate program outcomes.
