Claiborne Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Life Enrichment Assistant to create engaging programs and meaningful daily experiences for our residents.

You will support the Life Enrichment Director in delivering activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and intellectual well-being, focusing on connection and community.

Join a supportive, collaborative team and grow within elder care -- evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in senior living, recreation, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Positive, energetic, and compassionate demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead small group activities with confidence.
• Organized and dependable with strong follow-through.

Responsabilités

• Assist in planning and leading group activities, events, and outings.
• Support resident participation and encourage engagement.
• Help prepare activity spaces and materials.
• Document participation and assist with reporting as needed.
• Build positive relationships with residents and families.
• Partner with other departments to support community-wide events.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming activity environment.
