Job summary

The Carriages of Marietta, Georgia is growing our TEAM and we are looking for people who have a passion for serving older adults. We are seeking a fun, creative, enthusiastic, and dedicated Life Enrichment Assistant to help create and direct activities for our Senior’s.

Our Life Enrichment program provides opportunities for people to achieve social and educational goals. And to participate in the life of their community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Willingness to study; obtain and maintain certifications (CPR/First Aid etc.).

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and leading daily life enrichment activities and events.
• Encourage resident participation in social, recreational, and educational programs.
• Support group and one-on-one activities that promote engagement and well-being.
• Help prepare materials, set up activity spaces, and clean up after programs.
• Observe residents during activities and report concerns to staff.
• Promote a positive, supportive environment for all residents.
• Assist with special events, holiday celebrations, and community outings as needed.
• Maintain activity supplies and assist with organizing program areas.
