The Claiborne at West Cobb, a Claiborne Senior Living community, is seeking a Personal Service Assistant to provide direct care and support to our senior residents in a skilled nursing environment at our Marietta, Georgia location. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• CPR and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance to senior residents.
• Monitor and report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with activities of daily living, such as meals, housekeeping, and laundry.
• Participate in recreational activities and transport to appointments.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
• Communicate effectively and compassionately with residents, families, and coworkers.
