Favorite Healthcare Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Life Enrichment Specialist for a permanent, direct-hire role in a clinical setting in Kansas City, MO.

The schedule is full-time, typically Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with pay ranging from $17 to $24.15 per hour based on experience. The Life Enrichment Specialist will plan, supervise, and lead activities that enhance participants’ social, recreational, spiritual, and overall well-being.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Recreational Therapy.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with elderly population.

• Plan, supervise, and lead individual and group activities supporting participants’ social, recreational, spiritual, and overall well-being.
• Assess participants’ needs and adapt programming to address psychological, physical, and cognitive challenges.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Recreational Therapy
• 1 year of supervisory experience
• 1 year of experience working with the elderly population
