Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to create personalized Life Skills experiences for residents with memory loss. You will foster purpose, familiarity, and meaningful moments through resident-centered programming and daily engagement.

Requirements include 1+ year experience with memory-impaired seniors, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability.
• Experience leading group activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines
• Organise small groups and enrichment clubs
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities
• Document participation per quality standards
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities
