The ideal candidate will be licensed or eligible for credentials in life enrichment or therapeutic recreation, with strong customer service skills and a collaborative mindset to support the care

Qualifications

Must be licensed or certified as Life Enrichment Professional, or eligible for certification.
Two+ years in social or recreational programs, including at least one year in resident activities in health care.
Creative and innovative mindset with strong customer service skills.
Team player who supports colleagues to complete tasks.

Responsibilities

Develop, schedule, and coordinate life enrichment programs to meet resident interests and needs.
Complete comprehensive evaluations of residents based on background and interests.
Document assessments and plans using approved methods.
