Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of related experience and/or training preferred.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Compassionate toward the senior population.
Responsabilités
- Actively support our culture and pillars.
- Assist the Life Enrichment Director with the overall direction, planning, communication, and execution of activities and life skills.
- Support the Life Enrichment Director and Life Enrichment Lead with administrative tasks as needed.
- Complete all tasks while maintaining resident safety.
- Assist in setup, cleanup and upkeep of activity areas and spaces.
- Support transportation by attending outings and coordinating related tasks.
- Adhere to all standards in the Employee Handbook.
