Dove Healthcare - Rutledge Home in Chippewa Falls, WI is seeking a Life Enrichment Lead to plan and execute engaging activities for residents, fostering social, cultural, spiritual, and emotional well-being.

In this full-time role (M-F 8:00am-4:00pm), you will tailor programs to residents' interests and coordinate opportunities with care teams. We provide personalized paid training and strong benefits to support your contributions to quality senior care.

Qualificações

• Experience in recreation and/or working in an assisted living residence or skilled nursing center.
• Experience as a CNA or resident assistant.

As a life enrichment lead, you will:

Preferred Qualifications:

• experience in recreation and / or working in an assisted living residence or skilled nursing center
• experience as a CNA or resident assistant
