Job summary

Dove Healthcare Rutledge Home is seeking a Life Enrichment Lead to plan and carry out engaging activities that bring joy to our residents. You will receive personalized paid training to prepare you for success in this enjoyable role.

Full-time position, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm, with opportunities to support social, cultural, and therapeutic life enrichment needs and interests of our residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in recreation and/or working in an assisted living residence or skilled nursing center.
• Experience as a CNA or resident assistant.

Schedule Details:

• full-time, M-F 8:00am-4:00pm

As a life enrichment lead, you will:

• help provide opportunities to meet the social, cultural, spiritual, emotional, and therapeutic life enrichment needs and interests of our residents,
• promote and provide opportunities for a successful and well-balanced leisure lifestyle.

Preferred Qualifications:

• experience in recreation and / or working in an assisted living residence or skilled nursing center
• experience as a CNA or resident assistant
