Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; recreation therapy/gerontology focus preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience coordinating activities in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
• Familiarity with state regulations impacting resident engagement.
• Ability to plan and execute events for diverse audiences.
• Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with social media posting and newsletter creation.
• Valid driver's license and ability to manage budgets and vendors.

Responsibilities
