This role emphasizes creating engaging programs and ensuring quality of life.

The position requires CTRS/ADC/COTA certification, a bachelor’s degree (preferred), and at least two years in healthcare-based activity programs.

Qualifications

• Requires CTRS, ADC or COTA certification as applicable.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum two years in social or recreation programs in last five years, healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a comprehensive life enrichment program for residents.
• Plan, organize and direct programs to meet residents' physical, emotional, social, and cultural needs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and facility policies.
