MediLodge of Campus Area in East Lansing is seeking a Life Enrichment Director (Activities Director) to develop and oversee activity therapy programs for a diverse resident population, using a holistic approach.

You will collaborate with rehabilitation, nursing, social services, and volunteers to create meaningful daily experiences, supervise Activity Assistants, and ensure documentation and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Education and certification requirements as listed.
• Experience in long-term care settings preferred.
• Ability to plan and implement activity programs for diverse residents.

Responsabilités

• Performs comprehensive assessment for each resident to determine abilities and interests.
• Develops individualized activity programs that meet resident needs.
• Completes MDS and other assessments in a timely manner.
• Documents resident responses to care plans and evaluates activity plans.
• Develops and manages a budget to maintain equipment and supplies.
• Leads interdisciplinary teamwork within the life enrichment program.
