Job summary

NHC HealthCare Lexington in West Columbia, SC is seeking a Life Enrichment Director to create and lead engaging programs promoting social connection, wellness, and quality of life for residents.

You will assess interests, provide therapeutic activities, and supervise staff to foster a vibrant community. Evening/weekend availability and a background in senior activities are preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Activities in Senior Living preferred.
• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Creativity and enthusiasm for developing engaging activities and events.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new applications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends to meet the needs of residents and staff.
• Ability to set-up/tear-down for activities.

Responsibilities
