Dial Senior Living is seeking a Lifestyle Activities Leader to drive a vibrant, inclusive community for residents. You will plan, implement, and supervise a broad range of activities designed to enhance physical, social, emotional, and cognitive wellbeing, coordinating with dining, marketing, and operations staff.

Strong leadership, communication, and budgeting skills are essential, as is the ability to work flexible hours, travel occasionally, and maintain positive resident relations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Degree in social services, gerontology, recreation, or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years of progressive experience in a senior living setting or similar field.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging activities across physical, social, recreational, intellectual, and creative categories.
• Develop a diverse monthly calendar including evenings and weekends.
• Lead a residents' committee to gather feedback on activities.
