Touchmark on West Prospect in Appleton, WI, seeks a Full-Time Life Enrichment Coordinator for its Assisted Living residents. You will plan and lead activities that bring excitement, purpose, and joy, fostering wellness across physical, social, and cognitive dimensions.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, experience coordinating senior activities, and strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree or coursework in recreation, hospitality, or human services preferred.
• Experience planning and leading activities in a senior living, hospitality, or recreational setting.
• Strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and facilitate daily programs, social events, classes, and excursions that promote wellness across all dimensions — physical, intellectual, social, emotional, and spiritual.
• Encourage participation and foster community engagement among residents.
• Coordinate special events, intergenerational programs, and outings.
• Partner with Dining Services and other departments for community celebrations and theme events.
• Document attendance, participation, and feedback to continuously improve programming.
• Assist with recruitment of volunteers and outside entertainment.
