The Classic at Hillcrest Greens is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to support our activity programming for residents. Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and lead activities tailored to residents’ interests and abilities.
• Support residents’ participation in activities, encouraging involvement and fostering community.
• Help organize events such as games, crafts, musical sessions, outings, and wellness-focused activities.
• Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all activities.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to ensure activities meet individual needs and preferences.
