Job summary

Morningside Elite Management is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to bring joy, connection, and purpose to residents in our Center Square community. You will support the Life Enrichment Director in planning and leading a wide range of recreational and educational activities.

The ideal candidate is creative, personable, and enjoys helping residents stay active and engaged. An Associate's degree or one year of related experience is preferred; this on-site role offers a collaborative team

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year of related experience and/or training.
• Experience in activities programming or senior living settings preferred.
• Ability to coordinate supplies, registrations, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and evaluate resident activities with the Life Enrichment Director.
• Encourage participation and escort residents on activities away from the property as needed.
• Survey residents to determine interests and tailor programs accordingly.
• Maintain activity supplies and assist with budget guidelines.
• Attend training, in-services, and staff meetings; ensure safe operations.
