Job summary

Bellingham at West Chester is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to plan, schedule, and coordinate activities that support residents’ physical, mental and social well-being. This role supports a vibrant senior living community and requires engagement with residents across diverse needs.

The position is full-time with a starting pay of $18/hour and a weekly schedule from Sunday through Thursday. Perks include health benefits, retirement plan, PTO and more to support a meaningful career.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Six (6) months experience working with seniors in activities/life enrichment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Life Enrichment with planning, scheduling, and coordinating all resident activities including special events.
• Promote a healthy community culture for all residents and employees.
• Provide educational opportunities for residents and staff in disease prevention and wellness.
• Lead daily resident activities per community standards.
• Prepare and distribute monthly calendars according to community standards.
