Otterbein SeniorLife in Gahanna, OH is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator (Activities) Assistant to plan and implement cultural, educational and leisure activities for residents. You will help transport residents, create monthly calendars, and support on-campus and off-campus trips with a flexible schedule.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience, a 90-hour Activity Training Certificate (preferred) or COTA, and a valid Ohio driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in activities or program planning.
• Must be able to multi-task and work independently.
• Ability to engage older adults in life-enrichment programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate activities for residents.
• Develop Lifelong Learning opportunities for on-campus and off-campus trips.
• Coordinate off-campus trips for skilled nursing residents.
• Assist with monthly activity calendar and related assessments.
