The Ashton at Villages Crossing, a Sonida Senior Living community in Lady Lake, FL, seeks a Life Enrichment Coordinator to help residents enjoy meaningful activities and engage with their community.

You will support recreation and wellness, collaborate with families and staff, and ensure respectful, person‑centered care while upholding safety and compliance standards. Training and benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering compassionate senior care and assistance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with residents, families, staff and visitors in a pleasant, respectful manner.
• Ensures residents are free from abuse in all forms.
• Supports resident independence through recreation based on preferences.
• Upholds residents' rights to make personal choices per their service plan.
• Attends required in-service education programs per SSL, state and federal guidelines.

Life Enrichment Coordinator Responsibilities Include

• Interacts with residents, families, staff, and other visitors in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous.
• Ensure that residents are free from abuse (physicals, verbal and sexual).
• Supports resident independent recreation, based on individual preferences.
• Ensures the residents' right to make personal choices in agreement with the residents' service plan.
• Attends all in-service education programs mandated by SSL, State and Federal guidelines.
