Job summary

The Evergreen Inn in Vancouver, WA is seeking a Full-Time Life Enrichment Assistant to plan and lead engaging activities and events for residents. You will build connections, drive outings when needed, and contribute to a warm, EPIC-values driven community.

Ideal candidates are energetic, enjoy working with older adults, and possess strong communication and organizational skills. A valid driver’s license and willingness to drive a passenger van are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging activities, games, programs, and experiences residents look forward to.
• Help residents get involved, build friendships, and enjoy meaningful moments together.
• Assist with special events, celebrations, outings, and community traditions.
• Bring fresh ideas and energy to programs based on residents’ interests and abilities.
• Connect with residents, families, team members, and community partners.
• Safely drive residents to outings and appointments as needed.
• Help maintain activity spaces, supplies, calendars, and equipment.

What You’ll Bring

• Must be at least 21 years old.
