Stellar Senior Living in Colorado is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to plan and coordinate engaging programs for Memory Care Residents. You'll work to create a vibrant daily life that enhances social, emotional, and physical well-being.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in activity programming, a love for seniors, and strong organizational and communication skills. This full-time role offers an excellent benefits package and opportunities for growth within our growing family company.

Job Description

The Life Enrichment Coordinator plans and coordinates a variety of programs to provide a vibrant and engaging life for our Memory Care Residents.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Determine residentprogram preferences, talents, and needs through resident feedback, new resident orientation, and communication with resident families.
• Plan daily and weekly programsto engage residentsto meet their social, physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
• Assist in planning programs and eventsthat encourage prospective residents to participate in community life and see the value and benefit our community can offer them.
