Stellar Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to plan and coordinate engaging activities for skilled nursing residents. The role emphasizes enriching social, physical, emotional, and psychological well-being with a patient-centered approach.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in activity programming, 1+ year leadership in a senior living setting, and a passion for seniors. This on-site role offers growth and comprehensive benefits within a family-owned environment.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Determine resident program preferences, talents, and needs through resident feedback, new resident orientation, and communication with resident families.
• Plan daily and weekly programs to engage residents to meet social, physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
• Assist in planning programs and events that encourage prospective residents to participate in community life and see the value and benefit our community can offer them.
• Plan activities appropriate for residents with dementia & Alzheimer's

Job Description

The Life Enrichment Coordinator plans and coordinates a variety of programs to provide a vibrant and engaging life for our skilled nursing residents.

Duties and responsibilities

• Determine residentprogram preferences, talents, and needs through resident feedback, new resident orientation, and communication with resident families.
