Job summary

Stellar Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to plan and coordinate engaging programs for Memory Care residents. You will tailor activities to meet social, physical, emotional, and psychological needs, based on resident feedback and family input.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of activity programming experience preferred.
• A love for seniors and engaging personality.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily and weekly programs to engage Memory Care residents across social, physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
• Determine resident preferences and needs through feedback, orientation, and family input.

Job Description

The Life Enrichment Coordinator plans and coordinates a variety of programs to provide a vibrant and engaging life for our Memory Care Residents.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Determine residentprogram preferences, talents, and needs through resident feedback, new resident orientation, and communication with resident families.
• Plan daily and weekly programsto engage residentsto meet their social, physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
• Assist in planning programs and eventsthat encourage prospective residents to participate in community life and see the value and benefit our community can offer them.
