Job summary

Primrose Retirement Communities in Wisconsin is seeking a compassionate Life Enrichment Assistant to create engaging activities that promote social, emotional, intellectual and spiritual well-being for residents.

You will plan and lead group activities, encourage participation, and collaborate with care teams to enhance residents' quality of life and meaningful daily experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Activity Certification preferred.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, recreation, customer service, or related field preferred.
• Strong passion for enhancing resident engagement and quality of life.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to plan, lead, and facilitate group activities and events.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Publisher).
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Dependable, positive, and team-oriented.
• Available to work occasional evenings, weekends, and community events.
