Christian Living Communities | Cappella Living Solutions seeks a Life Enrichment Associate I for a full-time 32-hour schedule (Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday) in Colorado. You will assist in planning and delivering programs that support residents’ physical, social, mental, and spiritual wellbeing in our aging communities.

The role requires a High School Diploma, 3+ months in public service, basic MS Office skills, and a Colorado MVR in good standing.

Formación

• High School Diploma; Activity Professional coursework preferred.
• 3+ months experience in a public service position.
• Basic MS Office proficiency; Colorado MVR in good standing; English reading/writing/speaking required; excellent customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in planning and implementing meaningful activities.
• Deliver life enrichment program including activities or events.
• Prepare and purchase supplies and equipment as needed.
• Promote exercise and wellness programs within the community.
• Plan and execute excursions outside the primary community; driving participants.
• Observe and communicate resident needs to care staff.
• Maintain records of resident participation.
• Attend resident council meetings or care conferences as needed.
• Perform various clerical tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
