Job summary

EPOCH Senior Living is seeking a part-time Life Enrichment Assistant (Activities Assistant) at Waterstone at Wellesley in Wellesley, MA. The role focuses on delivering engaging activities for residents and supporting a vibrant community life.

The position offers flexible hours (10am-5pm, Monday/Friday/Saturday) up to 20 hours per week, with competitive pay ranging from $19 to $22 per hour. Walk-ins are welcome to apply and full-time benefits are described in the posting.

Responsibilities

• The Activities Assistant implements a wide array of programming for residents in our community and helps keep our residents engaged.
• Must be flexible with offering support in other departments within the community as needed. Completes required paperwork.

Qualification

• We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic and outgoing person who is able to work independently. Must be dependable, reliable and highly motivated.
• Must have excellent communication skills, professional demeanor and leadership abilities.
• Some computer knowledge and excellent customer service skills.
• Experience working and interacting with families in a customer based Senior Living environment.
• Experience working in Senior Living preferred.
• Must be willing to transport/escort residents on community trips.
• Must be able to push, pull and/or lift a minimum of 15 lbs.
