Bridges by EPOCH at Hingham is seeking a part-time Life Enrichment Assistant (Activities Assistant) to support resident programming in a Memory Care community. The role emphasizes engaging activities, flexibility to assist other departments, and creating a positive, enriching environment for seniors.

Hours include Fridays and every other Saturday, with competitive pay at $21.00 per hour and walk-ins welcome.

• Creative, enthusiastic and outgoing person who can work independently.
• Dependable, reliable and highly motivated.
• Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor and leadership abilities.
• Some computer knowledge and excellent customer service skills.
• Experience working in a senior living environment preferred.
• Willing to transport/escort residents on community trips.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• The Activities Assistant implements a wide array of programming for residents in our community and helps keep our residents engaged.
• Must be flexible with offering support in other departments within the community as needed. Completes required paperwork.

Qualifications
