Job summary

Waterstone at Wellesley, part of Epoch Senior Living, is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant (Activities Assistant) to lead engaging programs for our residents. This part-time role offers 10am-5pm on Mon, Fri, Sat, up to 20 hours weekly, with a focus on enriching daily life and building meaningful connections.

Pay range: $19.00-$22.00 per hour. Benefits include competitive pay, paid time off, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Creative, enthusiastic and outgoing person who can work independently.
• Must have excellent communication skills, professional demeanor and leadership abilities.
• Some computer knowledge and excellent customer service skills.
• Experience working with families in a customer-based senior living environment.
• Experience in senior living preferred.
• Must be willing to transport/escort residents on community trips.
• Must be able to push, pull and/or lift a minimum of 15 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Implements a wide array of programming for residents and keeps them engaged.
• Flexibility to support other departments as needed and complete required paperwork.

Responsibilities

• The Activities Assistant implements a wide array of programming for residents in our community and helps keep our residents engaged.
• Must be flexible with offering support in other departments within the community as needed. Completes required paperwork.

• We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic and outgoing person who is able to work independently. Must be dependable, reliable and highly motivated.
