Job summary

Pine Haven Christian Communities is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to create meaningful moments for residents. You will lead and assist with group and one-on-one activities, fostering participation and social engagement while building relationships.

This position requires an every other Saturday rotation (10:00am-3:00pm) and offers an opportunity to work in a warm, resident-centered team dedicated to compassionate, Christ-centered care. Experience with seniors is helpful.

Qualifications

• Lead and assist with group and one-on-one activities.
• Encourage residents to participate and stay socially engaged.
• Build meaningful relationships through conversation and companionship.
• Escort residents to and from activities as needed.
• Document activity participation and maintain required records.
• Observe residents and communicate any changes to the nursing team.
• Follow safety, infection control, and Pine Haven policies.
• Occasional Saturday rotation 10:00am-3:00pm.

As a Life Enrichment Assistant, you'll build relationships, encourage participation, and help residents stay active, engaged, and connected through a variety of activities and programs.
